Younique 3D Fiber Lash Mascara

TO PURCHASE or BROWSE  www.youniqueproducts.com/juleeheslop

Its been awhile since I've posted and its because I have been busy!  I simultaneously became a presenter to sell YOUNIQUE and I started as an assistant for Eraka at Salon Soul.  Exciting and exhausting but I wanted to show any followers or anyone googling 3D Fiber Lash or Younique makeup what its all about.
The Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lash is the most popular product purchased at Younique.
The 3D Fiber Lash comes with two tubes.  One with "transplanting gel" and one with "fibers" made from green tea leaf.  Both are black in color and created with ALL NATURAL products.  Meaning its hypoallergenic.
Open both tubes in one hand, first apply gel thoroughly but quickly, then immediately fibers (from midlash to above tips), let set, switch to other eye repeat process, back to original eye seal together with gel, repeat on other eye.
Mineral eye pigments are crease free and free of talc and other fillers.  My favorite colors are sexy, confident, daring, devious.  Although I haven't played with the mattes yet.

This mineral blush is fantastic, its bold in color yet blends so smoothly.  Love.
TOP- Mac 3D black mascara,  BOTTOM- Younique 3D Fiber Lash layered on top  (same day)
The difference is obvious, this 3D Fiber Lash is no joke.
Two tubes for $29, plus orders over $100+ get free shipping so shop around.
One coat, two coats, they always amaze.
With a little practice your lashes can look like this too :)
I need people to work with, I love this company.  I love this product and I feel like everyone across America needs to have this cute case in their purse.  If you're a stay at home momma or you have a passion for the beauty industry and makeup, contact me.  I had a 10 day party well it was actually 13 and not only did I hit my goal once I hit it 4 times.  I earned over $100+ in free product plus I make commission as a presenter for my sales.  I already paid for my kit and my son's birthday presents and party.  This mascara sells itself and I can help you too.
Yes money is deposited into an account every day for each purchase made that day.  Awesome right?  I a party off of hitting a 5% commission RAISE.  First part of May mark my words.
I had one rep sign up under me already and I need at least 2 more.  For $99 you get allllll this makeup valued approximately $400.  Not shown all blush and concealer testers as well.  Who wants to join me on this awesome journey?

Removals

Did you get a bad full set of lashes like these girls, contact me and let me know.  I will do a removal for $20, or free if you have enough lashes for us to safely put on a new set.

Ouch. I borrowed these pictures from mybrandlashes.com she is my hero and did these 3hr removals.  I am equipped with adhesive remover of several brands and several styles of tweezers.  Don't pay more for this kind of work.  Be smart and view your lash technician's work before you sit in their chair.

Lash Serums and conditioners

Have you wondered about different lash conditioners ( i.e. Latisse, Revitalash, MD-lash, Lilash etc.) and if they are safe to use with eyelash extensions.

Generally yes, lash serums are safe to use with eyelash extensions. In fact, I encourage it. The reasons I encourage lash serums are,

PROS:

1. Your lash cycle will last longer than a normal lash cycle. After the recommended amount of time using product. ( Most people have a 21-28 day lash cycle) I have seen it make a lash cycle last 2-3 weeks longer. Thus making fills a little farther apart.

2. If you have had alopecia or cancer/chemotherapy in the past or have it now this is a great way to re-grow lashes that have been lost or weakened due to this condition.

3. Women who go through menopause have a MUCH higher chance of thinning, weakened or stunted growth of eyelashes. This is a great way to at least maintain what you had; based on how quickly you notice your lashes changing and how powerful the serum is.

4. Last, Lash serum will only enhance what you already have. So, If you didn't love your lashes before, chances are you won't love a longer version of what you had. Because your lashes may be strait or grow down, or they may grow "messy" meaning in all different directions. This is where eyelash extensions can help. I can use what I call corrective lash placement to make lash extensions look natural, Even though that may not be true " Naturally" :)

Ok, Lets look at the other side of the argument so that I can be fair and honest.

CONS:

1. Based on the serum you may need a prescription like Latisse.

2. Some people may be allergic especially if they are on any kind of recovery medication after chemo therapy.

3. Often people have sensitive eyes and may notice itching or tingling. It usually will subside after a few minutes. If it continues to irritate your eyes, stop.

4. Lash serums are a commitment. Period! Once you start to consistently use lash serum you will have to continue to use it. And should you run out you will have a massive ending of your lash cycle. You will watch 20-30 lashes fall out over a 3 day period.
.
Never fear, your lashes will grow back and they will grow back in the same condition that they were before you started using lash serum. The only reason they wouldn't grow back is if you truly didn't have lashes before you started using lash serum.

Lastly, always follow the directions given, weather by the product specialist or the product directions themselves. You need your eyes for the rest of your life :)

These are not just good for your eyelashes silly but for your hair skin and nails!!!

Lashing Process

 BEFORE
AFTER

THE PROCESS:
This semi-permanent technique involves attaching a single synthetic fiber (faux mink), or real mink can be used on request (its expensive), to a natural eyelash using a medical grade black adhesive. In other words, one single extension is placed on one of your individual natural eyelashes. The results are amazing and.... you won’t believe your eyes! You will have instant volume with long, luscious curled lashes.

Best of all, your extensions are so natural that no one will be able to tell they’re not yours. To maintain the look, touch up or fill appointments are necessary every three to four weeks to replace the lashes that have shed or out grown naturally.

This look and technique is considered a CLASSIC look meaning 1 on 1 lashing.  A new technique has arrived that involves using lighter weight lashes and doing 2 or 3 thinner in diameter extensions on each natural lash creating more volume thus this newer technique is called VOLUME.  How ever it takes more time and therefore more money.

Eyelash Fill w/ LASHE adhesive

 BEFORE
AFTER
(Client had a lot of new growth so we opted for a more natural look this time to let those little babies grow)

Purchased a new glue from http://www.thelashe.com/ after having issues with my regular go to glue from discountlashes.com.  The client actually had a significantly better response to the new glue.  Its pricey but it's supposed to last 6 months opposed to my one week lesson learned experience with Alluring Elite Bond.

The Lashe    has developed two adhesives; they are medical grade and are produced in an FDA-certified facility in the USA. One, the Rapid Dry, is suitable for more than 95% of clients. It dries quickly; it hardly generates any fumes and it produces a very strong bond. Extensions can hold from 4-6 weeks to the end of the natural lash’s life cycle, up to 90 days, depending on client characteristics and care. The other, the Fume Free, is suitable for clients with extreme sensitivities or allergies. It dries faster than other fume frees; it generates no fumes and it produces a medium strength bond. It is the least irritating extension adhesive available.

Features of the Rapid Dry adhesive include:

 •   Maximum bonding strength
 •   Contains pulverized rubber polymers for superior flexibilty
 •   Dries at the exterior within 3 seconds for quick application
 •   Maintains proper viscosity, avoiding thick coating of fibers
 •   Soft and flexible, with luster and sheen
 •   Formulated to not react and bond with itself
 •   Stable formulation: need no refrigeration or test drop
 •   Shelf life: Rapid Dry-6 months; Fume Free-3 months

Do you want your eyelash extensions to last longer?

Ask me about Blink black diamond sealant.

This black sealant is used after each eyelash extension application including fills and touch ups.  Helping to secure the bond between extension and natural lashes its brushed at the base of the extensions gently.  Of course its going to help protect your extensions against the elements.  I recommend clients use it before bed or when lash extensions have lint or fall out build up.  A little goes a long way.  Seriously it should last 6-12 months.  I have a little extra supply to purchase for $20.
Besides a sealant make sure you are using oil-free make up remover.  There isn't a quicker way to destroy your beautiful set of lashes.  I recommend this one, but whatever is affordable and doesn't sting your eyes is always the best option.
Remember the less you fuss and touch your lashes the longer they will last.
